We will try and be as flexible as possible regarding set off and return times however min £25 insurance surcharge will apply for late returns after 12:00hrs on return day. This is because the underwriting insurance policies run on 24 hour rotations from 12:00hrs - 12:00hrs. If you are likely to be late returning it is VITAL that you contact us in order to maintain your cover.
Any hire rotations 3 hours over the 24 hour rotations on the return day will be considered as an additional day hire and charged pro rata accordingly. Please understand that we have to "turn around" the vehicle quickly particularly during busy times.

A non refundable deposit of £150 will secure your reservation subject to availability. Late bookings 28 days before departure will require full payment at time of confirmed booking.
Deposit of £500 is required to cover excess insurance and an additional £180 cheque will be held for 8 weeks to cover any potenial fines incurrred by hirer.
We insist that the hirer takes out personal excess rental hire insurance to mitigate this risk in addition to travel insurance.
